ART THERAPY SERVICES
Support for What You’re Carrying
In-person art therapy in Cambridge, and virtually across Ontario.
Art Therapy Built Around You
Every person who walks into my studio is carrying something different, so no two sessions look the same. We work with the materials, pace, and focus that feel right for you, whether that’s paint, collage, clay, fibre, or simply a pencil and paper. You don’t need to be good at art. You don’t even need to know what to make. That’s my job to help with.
Every journey begins the same way: with a free 15-minute consultation. It’s a chance to ask questions, share what’s bringing you here, and see if we’re a good fit, with zero pressure to book anything after.
Individual Art Therapy
One-on-one art therapy for teens (12+) and adults. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, grief, a big life transition, perfectionism, self-esteem, or you simply feel stuck in your head, we’ll use art-making and conversation to explore what’s underneath and move toward what matters to you.
INCLUSIONS:
A space to express what’s hard to put into words, at your own pace
All art materials provided for in-person sessions (bring nothing but yourself)
Simple, adaptable art-making for virtual sessions using what you have at home
A collaborative, judgement-free approach tailored entirely to your goals
Begins with a 90-minute intake ($220), then ongoing 50-minute sessions ($165). Available in-person in Galt or virtually across Ontario.
Teen & Caregiver Art Therapy
Relationship-focused art therapy for a teen and their caregiver. If you keep having the same argument, feel disconnected, or miss how close you used to be, these sessions use art to open up communication and understanding, without anyone taking sides. Both people participate, and the focus stays on the relationship itself.
INCLUSIONS:
A supportive space where each person’s perspective is heard
Collaborative art-making and communication tools you can use outside of session
All materials provided; no artistic experience needed from either of you
A neutral, non-judgemental approach focused on connection and understanding
Begins with a 90-minute intake ($275), then ongoing 50-minute sessions ($220). Currently offered in-person in Galt.
Wherever you’re starting from, you’re welcome here.
I offer in-person art therapy in Galt and secure virtual sessions across Ontario. Wherever you’re starting from, a free consultation is a good place to begin.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Not at all. Art therapy is about the process, not the final product. It doesn’t matter what your art “looks like”. It’s about what’s beneath and within the colours, lines, and shapes. If you hate drawing, we may never draw. We’ll find materials and approaches that match your goals and comfort level.
-
That’s completely okay, and more common than you’d think. Part of my role is helping you get started. I can offer prompts, materials, and gentle guidance whenever you need them. You don’t have to arrive with a plan.
-
Much like in-person art therapy, except you’ll use materials you already have at home. I’ll adapt the art-making to fit what’s available to you. Many clients find virtual sessions bring an extra layer of creativity and flexibility to the process.
-
Not for in-person sessions. All art materials are provided in the studio, though you’re always welcome to bring anything that feels meaningful to you. For virtual sessions, simple supplies like paper and a pen are enough to begin.

If your insurance plan covers psychotherapy, you should be covered. Please check with your benefits provider to be sure. My credential is registered psychotherapist (qualifying).
